ShiftHub Pricing
One all-in plan. No feature tiers — pricing is based on setup, the platform fee, and active users.
1) Setup & onboarding (one-off)
£299 one-off (includes your first month)
- White-label setup on your company subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.shifthub.uk)
- Branding & configuration to your specs (logo, colour scheme)
- Initial setup support (venues/roles) and staff setup/import as needed
2) Platform fee (hosting, maintenance & support)
£49/month
Annual option: £490 upfront (pay 10 months, get 12 months of platform access)
Note: the annual option applies to the platform fee only.
3) Active user fee (billed monthly)
£1 per active user per month (minimum billed active users: 25)
Active user definition: a unique staff member who accepted or declined at least one shift during the billing month.

Assumes you are past month 1.

Worked example (annual platform option)
- Upfront platform: £490/year
- Monthly active users: max(active users, 25) × £1
Example: 42 active users in a month → users billed monthly: £42 (platform already paid upfront).
